SRG English Wheel
Built from 10ga steel with a 2x3 11ga rectangle tubing inner structure.
These babies are one of the strongest wheeling machines ever built.
Minimal head flex. Less than the old cast irons and definately less than
the box tubing jobs that everybody and their momma are building.
Upper and lower cradles swivel to make it easier to work larger panels.
It take 30 seconds to change.
Upper Wheels are 3x8 1/2 and are turned from hardened 4150 steel then
polished to perfection for smooth quality panels. These things will
suprise you how smooth they roll. No slipping.
Our jack assemblies are simple but fuctional. The outer tube is 2 1/2 X 2 1/2
A500 1/4" wall thickness (No boat trailer jacks here). The inner tube is 2 X 2
1/4" wall thickness. The screw assembly is ACME machine thread for a
strong , smooth operation. No gaps here to stick wedges in. Our machines
The kickwheel is just as strong as the rest of the machine. It is made from a
1 1/2" X 6" Solid steal round plate TIG welded onto screw assembly. The
Spikes are DOM tubing and are also TIG welded to the assembly. Hey, it
is actually a kickwheel that you can kick without it flying to pieces.
The lower cradle assemly is 1/2" thick laminated for strength. They are fully
TIG welded and ground. No dirt dobber welds here.
Plenty of storage for your accessories.
Did we mention a 42" throat? You can roll some pretty good size panels
with this thing.
How about 79" tall without casters? Casters are optianal and add about
3-4 inches to overall.
The Belair sure would look good in your shop.
